Tax Accountant

Our client is a leading law firm in the areas of technology, gaming & gambling, payments, tax, M&A, corporate law, corporate finance, employment, property and corporate services. They are seeking a Tax Accountant to join their accountancy and tax compliance services department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of diversified clients efficiently
• Liaising with the Accounting and Tax advisory teams as needed
• VAT Compliance and VAT returns
• Recapitulative statements and other related VAT documents and reports
• Tax Compliance, Tax computations, Tax refund applications and other tax documentation and statutory forms as required
• Assisting other colleagues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Providing quality service to clients
• Reporting to management on a regular basis

• Ideally in possession of a Professional Certification in Taxation
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Tax Accounting role
• Be motivated and team player
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be considered an asset

• Fully Qualified Accountant or close to finishing ACCA studies
