Junior Accounting Associate

Our client, a company service provider, is looking to recruit a Junior Accounting Associate.

The main responsibilities include :

•  Posting of expenses and bank transactions in accounting software when necessary
•  Preparation of sales invoices
•  Posting of wages and salaries in accounting software.
•  Calculation of payroll
•  Calculation of accruals and prepayments
• Preparation of management accounts when necessary
•  Assistance with generating VAT reports for submission of client VAT returns.
• Assisting with drafting reports when necessary.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Currently reading for a University Degree in Accountancy or in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification.
