Inspirations Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Perform cash/ bank reconciliations and other ancillary duties
  • Posting and issuance of invoices in the entity's accounting system
  • Liaising with clients on accounting matters
  • Office administration duties including mail processing and filing
  • Assisting in assignments and tasks as assigned by management
  • Must have a sound knowledge and experience in accounting and cash handling, and is to be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
