Junior Accountant (Pharma)

Quad Consultancy in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Junior Accountant (Pharma) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Duties:

• Process purchase invoices through our Accounts Payable software
• Post general entries to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Maintain receivables by tracking and following up on outstanding payments
• Actively chase debtors to ensure timely collection of payments
• Post expense claims forms and verify their accuracy
• Perform suppliers reconciliation.

What skills do you need:

• Must be enrolled in the ACCA course
• Exposure to accounting software
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position is considered an asset
• Knowledge of SAP B1 and familiar with SAP Concur would be preferred
• Preferably have experience working within an international company
• Ability to multitask with a can-do and follow-through attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced- environment while maintaining a positive approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese
• Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
