Inventory Costings Officer
Ceek - Recruitment Solutions in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Inventory Costings Officer to join their client's team on full-time basis.
Overview:
A leading distributor in the healthcare sector, also part of a Group of companies with more than a century of experience, is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Inventory Costings Officer. What is expected of you?
- Accurately and promptly compile product costings
- Assist senior management in determining product pricing
- Update stock pricing and input all related data into the system
- Process stock adjustments
- Maintain stock cards
- Schedule and monitor periodic stock takes, investigating any discrepancies
- Generate and interpret stock reports
- Complete reports for statutory purposes
- Collaborate with sales management to prepare product forecasts
- Issue sales invoices based on delivery orders
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in a finance role is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen focus on precision and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills in English.
