Inventory Costings Officer

A leading distributor in the healthcare sector, also part of a Group of companies with more than a century of experience, is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Inventory Costings Officer. What is expected of you?

• Accurately and promptly compile product costings
• Assist senior management in determining product pricing
• Update stock pricing and input all related data into the system
• Process stock adjustments
• Maintain stock cards
• Schedule and monitor periodic stock takes, investigating any discrepancies
• Generate and interpret stock reports
• Complete reports for statutory purposes
• Collaborate with sales management to prepare product forecasts
• Issue sales invoices based on delivery orders
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a finance role is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen focus on precision and problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
• Excellent communication skills in English.
