Junior Accountant ( 18 month Fixed Term)

Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Junior Accountant on a fixed term contract to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities :

• Assist with quarterly closing processes and preparation of financial reports for headquarters and external local authorities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Solvency II regulations.
• Manage the purchase ledger and handle invoice processing.
• Perform cost accounting, general ledger management, and other accounting tasks using various SAP-based systems.
• Execute technical reinsurance accounting responsibilities.
• Support general accounting tasks, including areas related to investments, treasury, and controlling.

• Fluent in spoken and written business English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach to work
• Previous experience in an accounting role will be considered an asset.
