Our client an AI-powered platform is looking to recruit an Accounts clerk on Part time Basis. The role is on fully remote basis however the candidate needs to be based in Malta.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor daily incoming payments and match them to customer accounts
Post payments accurately and generate corresponding invoices
Maintain and update customer account records
Handle customer inquiries using approved communication templates
Liaise with debt collection agencies to verify payment status
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes
Ensure all transactions and communications are properly documented
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and meet daily deadlines
Experience with CRM or financial systems is an advantage
Need to be based in Malta
Education and Experience
An A Level Standard of Education in Accounting
Proficiency in German is required
