PharOS Ltd in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Specialist within the Finance department, to join their team on a full-time basis as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments and payment proposals preparation including bank posting and statement reconciliations
  • Handling of Receivables
  • Capex reporting, analysis, depreciation, and reconciliation
  • Inventory related matters
  • Approval of supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Maintenance of the company accounting records up to trial balance stage
  • Execution of the month end and year end reconciliations and procedure
  • Support accounting operations by Filing and general administrative tasks
  • Complete Ad hoc reporting
  • Compilation of government statistics
  • Assisting in the budgeting process, both operational and capital budgets
  • Liaising with company auditors, accountants and finance department in the head office.

Requirements:

  • Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business or equivalent Accounting degree
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferable
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Accounting Packages
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
