Accounts and Administration Officer
Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts and Administration Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices
- Reconciliations of expenses
- Processing of internal orders
- Managing customer order processing, including handling deposit payments, coordinating with suppliers, and organizing delivery logistics
- Handling inventory which include stock take
- Update records and assist in the financial reporting
- Supporting the accounting team with day to day duties
- A minimum of 1 year of local experience in a similar accounting role
- Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
- A minimum of O'level standard of education in Accounting
- Hybrid after probation
