Finance Specialist (South of Malta)

Our client in the Aviation Industry, is looking to recruit 2 Finance Specialists to join their Finance Team. The 2 persons will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the reviewing of the monthly management accounts.
• Accurately post sales invoices.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and interest receivable.
• Update debtor provisions for uncollectible accounts.
• Adjust stock provisions for inventory accuracy.
• Record incoming debtor payments promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding debtor balances.
• Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
• Ensure all Visa transactions are recorded.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide documentation and explanations for the annual audit.
• Perform various financial tasks as needed.
• Guide and support the team to ensure productivity.

• ACCA part-qualified or A' level in accounts will suffice
• ECDL certified
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
