Finance Specialist (South of Malta)

Our client in the Aviation Industry, is looking to recruit 2 Finance Specialists to join their Finance Team. The 2 persons will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the reviewing of the monthly management accounts.
- Accurately post sales invoices.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and interest receivable.
- Update debtor provisions for uncollectible accounts.
- Adjust stock provisions for inventory accuracy.
- Record incoming debtor payments promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding debtor balances.
- Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
- Ensure all Visa transactions are recorded.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide documentation and explanations for the annual audit.
- Perform various financial tasks as needed.
- Guide and support the team to ensure productivity.
- ACCA part-qualified or A' level in accounts will suffice
- ECDL certified
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in bookkeeping
