Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Guaranteeing accurate recording and reconciliation of all revenue, aligning it with the company's financial records:
• Entering invoice data
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Updating receivables and payables ledgers as needed
• Overseeing the purchase order system
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparing bank payments
• Aiding in month-end tasks, including reconciling balance sheet accounts other than banks
• Handling financial administrative tasks like filing
• Carrying out miscellaneous projects and assigned financial tasks as required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a finance-related role
• Familiarity with Advanced Accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possesses attention to detail and adaptability
• Effective communication skills

• Diploma in Accounts Technician program
