Finance Administrator
Our client a Gaming Operations is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the petty cash management including monthly liquidation report, monthly petty cash reconciliations
- Responsible for reconciliations of consumptions
- Ensuring that the system is up to date
- Supporting with payment to suppliers by cheque or bank transfer
- Filling paid invoices
- Handling bank and supplier statements
- Supporting the department with day to day duties
- A minimum of 1 year of local experience in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- A Diploma level of education in Accounting (MQF Level 5)
- Candidates in the process of obtaining a Degree Level in Accounting (MQF Level 6) would be given preference
- Hybrid working after probation
