Our client within the financial sector is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily follow-up and chasing of clients for outstanding payments
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist clients as required
  • Process refunds for clients in cases of overpayments
  • Respond to credit control–related emails and client queries promptly and professionally
  • Carry out any other duties consistent with the role and company objectives

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
