Credit Control Administrator

Our client, a retail company is looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator.

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Chasing overdue debts via telephone, e-mail or in writing by sending statements and reminder letters where necessary.
• Resolve incoming customers’ queries relating to unsettled payments and as the need arises.
• Responsible for the posting of payments in the system.
• Deal with any internal queries regarding the payments from customers.
• Keep service information confidential.
• Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

• Fluency in both English and Maltese.
• Proficiency use of Microsoft Office

• O Level Standard of Education
