Job Description

Our client, operating within the manufacturing industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Payables Clerk to join their Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Processing and posting of invoices and payments
Reconciling of accounts and payments
Requesting statements from invoicing contractors and businesses
Filing of receipts and invoices
Distributing invoice copies to any relevant departments
Liaising with suppliers and contractors as well as other departments
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Hold excellent intrapersonal skills

Education and Experience

An A level standard of education is required
