Client Accounting Executive

Our client, a boutique CSP in Malta is looking to recruit a Client Accounting Executive to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Recording journal entries
• Updating financial records
• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Keeping records well-organized and accurate
• Filing and managing documentation
• Reconciling bank statements
• Handling invoice processing
• Balancing creditor accounts
• Supporting payroll operations
• Preparing financial reports
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Understanding of VAT will be considered an Asset

• In the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent
