Client Accountant

Our client, a boutique CSP is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of companies by ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements and deadlines are met in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

• The preparation of and review of management accounts, where required
• The preparation and review of annual financial statements and liaising with the auditors
• The preparation and review of tax returns and VAT returns
• Payroll
• Assisting with transactions, including set ups, liquidations, acquisitions and disposals
• Liaising with local and international clients when needed
• Planning of the accounting, tax, and audit liaison work 
• Mentoring and guidance of the newer team members when needed
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required from time to time

• Previous local experience in a client accounting function handling a portfolio of clients
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as within a team
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Actively studying ACCA or fully-qualified
