Finance Officer
One of our clients operating within the property market are searching for a Finance Officer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledges, including tracking income, expenses, and invoices
- Managing accounts payables and receivables
- Handling bank reconciliations
- Debtor chasing
- Tracking and reporting of investments, expenses and profit distribution
- Supporting the compilation of the audited financial statements of the companies
- Assisting with promise of sale documents
- Supporting in general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
- A minimum of A'level in Accounting
