Junior Finance Executive

Our client who specializes in the Hospitality sector is looking for a Junior Finance Executive. 

This position will involve supporting senior finance executives with a variety of tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The goal is to ensure the efficient management of the company’s financial resources.

 Responsibilities:

• Enter financial data accurately into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data entries.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior executives.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in implementing financial controls and procedures.

• Minimum O-Level qualification in Accounting, with preference for candidates pursuing ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
