Accounts Officer

Our client withing the automation industry is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Managing financial transactions both payables and receivables
• Processing of invoices, expenses and payment requests
• Chasing of debtors payments
• Reconciling of bank statements and of Sales
• Analyzing the Sales figures on both Accounting Systems
• Issuing payment runs and deal with supplier reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile cash books and petty cash
• Managing the entire payroll process

• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Ideally Experience with Shireburn and in Sage Line 50

• A minimum O level in Accounts is a must
• Candidates in the initial stages of ACCA or planning to start ACCA will be given preference
