Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer to join their internal finance function. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Carrying out general bookkeeping duties including posting of invoices, reconciliations, invoicing and any other duty up to trial balance
- Processing of payments in a timely manner
- Preparing of VAT returns
- Liaising with Auditors and other stakeholders as required from time to time
- Filing of documents
- Assisting with monthly billing processes
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
- Previous experience in a similar role locally
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
- Knowledge of Sage will be considered an asset
- Minimum A level in Accounts or related qualification is required
