The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, and experience in developing and implementing financial strategies. The successful candidate will be able to analyze financial data and make sound decisions to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability of the organization
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
- Analyze financial data and make sound decisions to ensure the financial health of the organization
- Monitor cash flow and manage the budget
- Develop and manage financial models to forecast financial performance
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain internal control systems
- Prepare and manage the organization’s tax filings
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage financial audits
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Provide advice and guidance to management on financial matters
- Stay up to date on the latest financial trends and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
