Accounts Officer

Job Description
Bianchi Group in Malta is currently looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Description:
The chosen candidate will be working closely with the group financial controller to assist him on various matters within the accounts department. The job provides opportunities for development and to take on more responsibility with increasing experience.

Duties include:

• General bookkeeping, including reconciliations and updating of ledgers.
• Debtor control
• Processing invoices, expense reports, incoming receipts etc
• Liaising with our accounting software providers for updates and assistance
• Providing any other administrative support to the financial controller as required.

Required Abilities:

• Previous experience in an accounting role
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Pro-active and positive work attitude
• Effective communication skills.
