Accounts Executive

An international company operating within the tourism industry is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Executive to join their team. 

Duties include: 

• Review and post cashbooks and onboard revenue reports
• Prepare and/or review Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Prepare cashflow statements and manage payment runs
• Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations
• Allocate and reconcile Accounts Receivable invoices and receipts
• Oversee stock levels and consumables records
• Handle commissions, cash advances, and crew welfare matters
• Review of General Ledger entries
• Assist with various month-end tasks

• Minimum of 2-4 years of local experience in an accounting position
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup)

• Ideally partly qualified through ACCA or similar
