Accounts Executive

Our client is searching for an Accounts Executive to join their team: 

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Perform reconciliations of financial records, including bank accounts and cash balances.
• Generate financial reports and reconcile work-in-progress (WIP) jobs.
• Assist in the creation and tracking of budgets.
• Work with auditors, providing required documentation and support.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, offering recommendations for improvement.

• Previous experience in Accounts
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on financial matters

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive
• A Degree will be considered an Asset
