Financial & Operations Analyst

We are a furniture retail company looking for a Financial & Operations Analyst to support the Financial Controller in day-to-day operations.

This role requires accounting knowledge, primarily for bringing the Trial Balance up to reporting standards (but without complex accounting tasks - mainly fixed assets, accruals & prepayments and inventory). Key responsibilities include:

✔ Monitoring internal controls

✔ Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements

✔ Assisting with system automation

✔ Overseeing stock take administration

✔ Preparation of monthly management reporting

✔ Handling other various financial and operational tasks 

This position is ideal for an accounting graduate who is more interested in the managerial and operational side of business rather than pure technical accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and risk-aware.
