Our client, an IT services company, is looking to recruit a Finance Executive in their team.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily finance team activities and maintain general ledger accounts.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including supplier reconciliations and payments.
· Support accurate reporting on customer account status and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
· Generate sales commission and sales reports, and prepare/chase invoices while managing debtors.
· Assist during audits and maintain company/project budgets.
· Process employee time and expense reports and conduct credit checks on prospects.
· Maintain customer financial information in ConnectWise and resolve customer inquiries on billing.
· Escalate finance issues to Finance Manager and enforce accounting standards.
· Enhance customer satisfaction, document internal processes, and perform other required duties.
