Accounts Receivable

Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable to join their team on a full-time basis.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As part of the pre-opening team, the Accounts Receivable is an integral position responsible for handling part of the financial processes of the organization including helping with financial policies, helping with budgets, etc. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuing invoices in line with company customer’s contractual obligations
• Allocation of receipts from clients to the respective client accounts
• Managing the collection of the receivable balances
• Responding to clients’ enquiries (typically involving sales invoices and monthly statements) 
• Reporting any payment issues to management
• Other tasks required to assist the finance department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role especially dealing with accounts receivable or in a similar role will be considered as an asset
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Previous experience in end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• The right candidate must have excellent English communication skills & a positive professional attitude
• Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
