Our client, an IT growing company, that specializes in delivering tailored IT solutions to diverse clients spanning various economic sectors, leveraging top-tier branded technologies and solution suites.
They are currently in search of an enthusiastic Accounts Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating records as necessary.
- Ensuring timely issuance of client invoices.
- Posting supplier invoices and conducting statement reconciliations.
- Assisting in credit control activities.
- Welcoming and assisting clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Providing support within the Finance department as needed.
- A’ level qualification in Accounts.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
- Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable mindset.
