Our client, operating in the Media industry id looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team. The chosen candidate will benefit from a lot of room to progress internally and excellent exposure to the Media sector.


  • posting of customer and suppliers’ payments
  • reconciliation of supplier invoices and statements
  • handling petty cash, bank deposits and reconciliation
  • inputting, collating and organizing data on the system
  • verify and reconcile supplier and employee timesheets as necessary
  • assist in formulating progress reports or any other report which may be requested
  • conduct credit checks on new customers
  • actively meet customer/supplier requests and work on the Company’s Front Office Desks and in sections where direct contact with customers is requested
  • upkeep of filing procedures both manual and electronic
  • resolving problems in relation to invoice payments
  • perform any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • At least 1 year of previous local experience in a similar role
  • Able to work independently
  • A strong and adaptable personality

  • A'level standard of education
