Accounts Assistant
Our client within the retail industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their administrative department. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices and preparing supplier payments
- Debtor chasing and reconciling creditors
- Issuing of reports and ensuring data is constantly up to date
- Updating bank accounts
- Overviewing and responsible for anything in relation to the general public car park
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both verbally and written English
- Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
- Candidates holding experience with SFM software will be given preference
- Minimum A level in accounting
