Finance Executive

A leading client within the catering industry is looking to enhance their team with an additional Finance Executive in its Finance and Administration department due to the current organic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Performing regular reconciliations including bank statements, sales / purchase ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Issuing monthly debtor statements and chasing for payment
• Conducting regular cash float counts
• Generating and distributing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Petty cash
• Helping during stock takes

• Previous local experience in a similar role will be preferred but candidates looking for their first accounting role will also be considered
• Fluent in English
• Able to work extra hours during peak periods
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• O'level in Accounts or better
