Accounts Clerk

ST Hotels are currently hiring a Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the account payables processes, including payments, reconciling statements, invoicing, credit control and follow-ups
• Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the preparation of various schedules and journals
• Daily reconciliations for banks and other accounts
• Maintenance of the company’s accounting records and financial information
• Liaising with other departments and responding to ad-hoc queries
• Ad hoc reporting requested by management

Education and Requirements:

• Have relevant experience in a similar role
• Have knowledge of accounting software and am proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding organizational abilities
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and have an eye for detail
• Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Work well in a team environment
• Have a diploma in Accounting or a similar qualification
