Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts and Administration Officer to join their team.
Handle internal and external orders including reconciliations of expenses
Manage deposit settlements
Liaising with external suppliers
Posting of invoices
Handling financial records and supporting in financial reporting
Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
Supporting in the day to day
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of local experience in a similar role
Knowledge of MS Office software
Fluency in written and spoken both English and Maltese
Education & Experience
A'level in Accounting or equivalent
