Finance Executive

Our client, operating in the catering industry, is looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive and input invoices into the accounting system
• Verify that all supporting documentation is attached
• Prepare end-of-day statements and assist in month-end closings. 
• Liaise with creditors regarding payment inquiries, and discrepancies and update information as needed
• Maintain supplier statement reconciliations, and liaise with creditors.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command in English

• A-Level in Accounting

• Flexible working hours starting between 7-9 am
