IT Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Analyst, specializing in the representation and distribution of a range of pharmaceutical products within the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Map business requirements and processes, applying necessary ERP system configurations.
• Rl stakeholders to implement and configure solutions.
• Support system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and processes.
• Train users on ERP system usage and best practices.
• Analyze and interpret data for insights and decision-making.
• Assist in generating management reports.
• Act as the primary contact for IT suppliers.
• Coordinate projects and deliverables with IT suppliers.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset
• Possess a background in finance, accounting, and standard business processes.

• Bachelors degree in an IT related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
