Data Governance Specialist
Our client in the insurance industry is looking to hire a Data Governance Specialist to join their team and be the primary contact in the implementation of an Enterprise Data Governance program.
A big part of the role will involve data analysis and coordinating with the Data Engineering Team.
What you'll be doing
- Establish data standards and quality goals.
- Implement the Data Governance model across the country and business units.
- Focus on organizational structure, processes, and management KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Foster a culture of quality and transparency.
- Understand the strategic enterprise data needs of the group.
- 2 year experience as a data analyst or business analyst would be considered
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Analytical and time management skills
- Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus
- Basic understanding of SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations would be a plus
