Generative AI Specialist

Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a new Generative AI Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Train and support employees in using generative AI tools, develop learning modules, and encourage AI adoption.
• Identify AI innovation opportunities and promote knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage documentation.
• Research AI trends, assess their impact, and evaluate potential risks.
• Collaborate with tech teams and partners to integrate AI solutions into platforms.
• Design and optimize AI-driven solutions to automate tasks and enhance customer interactions.

• Experience with generative AI applications, large language models, and automation tools, including RPA.
• Strong understanding of AI advancements, governance, and compliance.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for different audiences
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
