Are you passionate about Gaming and CRM? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can shape engaging player experiences? Betsson Group is looking for a Gaming & CRM Coordinator to join our team and support our Italian Gaming products.

About the Role

As a Gaming & CRM Coordinator, you will work alongside the Senior Gaming and CRM Manager to execute promotional plans for Betsson.it. You’ll manage the Gaming portfolio, optimize onsite content, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will also play a key role in monitoring campaign data, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements to enhance our CRM strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the Gaming portfolio, identifying new games and providers.
  • Coordinate product roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure all gaming products are up to date and optimize onsite content for the best user experience.
  • Oversee game certification processes with regulators.
  • Assist in creating and executing engaging promotions and CRM campaigns from ideation to evaluation.
  • Develop promotional materials, including banners, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Write and execute CRM communications across the customer lifecycle.
  • Test and ensure high-quality Gaming UX and CRM campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with support teams and external suppliers to resolve potential issues.
  • Provide support to Customer Service for escalations.
  • Conduct competitor research and gap analysis to improve our offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in online gaming.
  • 1+ year of experience in Casino and CRM.
  • Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.
  • Passion for Casino and Gaming products.
  • Solid understanding of the Italian market.
