Senior Audit Associate

• Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.

• Lead client audit engagements, oversee planning, execution, direction, and completion of financial audits;
• Apply generally accepted accounting principles and reporting rules, ensuring accurate financial statement presentation;
• Gain comprehensive understanding of the client’s business operations;
• Proactively engage with key client management to collect information, address issues, and offer suggestions for business and process enhancements.

• Be fully ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of experience within an Audit team;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel considered an asset;
• Possesses strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrate adeptness in balancing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines;
• Display agility in adapting to evolving client and business landscapes;
• Exhibit efficiency alongside a keen eye for detail;
• Maintain high integrity in handling confidential information, with a strong awareness of risks;
• Self-motivated and proactive, approaching tasks with a positive 'can do' attitude;
• Possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
