Are you a creative mastermind with a passion for brand, marketing, and communications? We're on the hunt for a data-driven individual from a Marketing Communications or Employer Brand Marketing background to lead our talent attraction strategy and operations.

Join the Fun at Betsson Group!

As our Global Employer Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our employer brand management, talent marketing and communications efforts — including EVP, social media, events, employee advocacy and campaigns. Reporting directly into our Global Head of TA, you will have the chance to lead our very first Employee Value Proposition (EVP) project and see the impact of your work first hand as you bring our EVP to life through creative activations.

Although we’re headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be based at our global Head Office in Malta, where our C-Suite and the Global Head of TA are also based, since we see our employer brand as a very important topic and would like to set you up for success. As a business of 2400+ strong, spread across 17 countries and 4 continents, we pride ourselves in providing the best employee experience within our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Brand Management: Curate our employer brand image, including our approach to Glassdoor and employer awards & certifications.
  • Talent Communications: Educate and ensure consistent and authentic tone of voice and visual identity aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Talent Marketing: Activate our employer brand through 360° campaigns, including digital, content & OOH, programmatic advertising, SEO, advocacy and guerilla marketing.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with employee experience, internal & change communications, marketing, and other departments to align talent marketing communication efforts with business and cross-functional objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute talent marketing events, including career fairs and open houses.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze talent attraction initiatives, providing insights to senior management.

Who Are You?
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and communications, especially in the recruitment marketing space (You're no stranger to Google Analytics and Programmatic Ads)
  • Proficiency in content creation, including video storytelling and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite & AI Content Creation tools)
  • Strong project management & reporting skills, with proficiency in the MS Suite (You and Excel need to be good friends by now)
  • Experience in employer brand management from either an in-house or production agency perspective (You've launched at least 1 EVP before)
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
Personality:
  • There's not "right personality". Bring your true self to work, as long as you can use your unique set of strengths to Excel at work. (pun intended)
