THE WOW

Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM expert with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.

In this role you will work closely with the local marketing teams to design offers that attract new customers and convert sign-ups into first-time depositors. You will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of Welcome Offers and player communications for newly registered customers across a variety of the group’s brands, markets, and products.

You will be measured on your ability to impact conversion rates from registration to first deposit and revenue from new customers.
THE CHALLENGE:

You will definitely be busy! Here is a taste of what you will be involved with:

  • Strategy: Partner with local MDs and marketing teams to design competitive, appealing Welcome Offers tailored to each product and market, maximising customer acquisition and conversion opportunities.
  • Campaigns & Customer Communication: Manage and implement Welcome Offers and communications across all CRM channels, with an emphasis on optimising landing pages to increase conversion rates. Ensure global and local sponsorship deals are effectively integrated across all CRM touchpoints throughout the customer onboarding journey.
  • Project Management: Use JIRA to efficiently manage projects and tasks, and to maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Budget Management & Analysis: Work closely with the CRM & VIP Analytics team to continuously review the performance of Welcome Offers. Ensure that the offers drive positive revenue from new customers and are secure from manipulation or abuse that could drive up costs.
  • Localisation and Compliance: Optimise Welcome Offers to be relevant, localised, and compliant in each market.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Support team to optimise customer journeys and offers for new customers to reduce contact-drivers.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide reports to senior stakeholders on the success of Welcome Offers, showcasing a deep understanding of what motivates new customers to sign-up with our brands.
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
  • Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for CRM activities across all of Betsson’s jurisdictions.
  • Genuine interest in the online casino and poker sector and sportsbook betting products.
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience, ideally from a similar role in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience from working in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment.
EXTRA AWESOME:
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or one of the Scandinavian languages is a significant plus.
