Betsson Group is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our team and drive the execution of promotional plans for StarCasino.it.

Your Role

As a Campaign Coordinator, you will:

  • Execute promotional plans, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal user experience.
  • Monitor campaign data, analyze results, and suggest improvements to enhance CRM effectiveness.
  • Assist the Senior Gaming & CRM Manager in developing impactful promotions and communications.
  • Collaborate with Gaming teams to create locally relevant campaigns for player retention and acquisition.
  • Manage promotional content, banner planning, newsletters, and other digital materials.
  • Utilize CRM tools to coordinate a multi-channel communication strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaigns for efficiency and engagement.
  • Build and automate lifecycle communications to reduce churn and enhance player engagement.
  • Organize segmentation lists for campaign execution.
  • Write and set up CRM communications across the customer lifecycle.
  • Test user journeys and the quality of CRM campaigns.
  • Support the Gaming team in testing campaigns and game features.
  • Act as a direct point of escalation for Customer Service.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in online gaming
  • 1+ year of experience in CRM
  • Italian mother tongue with proficiency in English
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Passion for sports and casino gaming
  • Solid understanding of the Italian market
