Digital and Print Designer

Job Summary:

Bureau Vallée is expanding, and we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital and Print Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across both digital platforms and print media, supporting our marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand identity.

As part of a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment, you'll work closely with our marketing, product, and retail teams to create engaging, brand-consistent designs that speak to our customers — whether it’s for a Facebook ad, a web banner, or a printed flyer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design promotional visuals for digital channels (social media, email campaigns, web banners, Google ads, etc.)
• Create print-ready artwork for in-store posters, flyers, product displays, packaging, and signage
• Adapt artwork formats to meet platform-specific or print production requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and store teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Work within the Bureau Vallée brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files with proper specs (CMYK, bleed, DPI, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that includes both digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with social media platform requirements (ratios, formats, etc.)
• Experience in preparing artwork for professional printing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Maltese or French is an asset)
