Junior Tech/DevOps Support Engineer

A reputable tech company is looking for a Junior Tech/DevOps Support Engineer to join their great team. Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Providing on-site/remote first-level and second-level support technical support to employees and occasionally clients.
• Liaison with local and foreign service providers and external partners.
• Keep up-to-date documentation.
• Develop basic CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automated processes using Powershell.
• Ensure the successful implementation of security policies.
• Responsible for procurement of office IT hardware.
• Other tasks/ projects that may be assigned from time to time
