IT Systems Administrator

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize disruptions.
• Diagnose and repair hardware for point-of-sale (POS) systems, digital displays, and other business technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain industry-specific software applications, including updates, system modifications, and content management.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and performance improvements in collaboration with the IT team.
• Support and maintain wired and wireless network connectivity for seamless business operations.
• Track IT inventory and licenses, ensuring accurate records and adequate stock of equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on basic IT troubleshooting and processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of IT support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
• Assist in creating and updating user documentation for IT systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Valid driving license required.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
