IT Support Officer

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire an IT Support Officer to join our IT Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st line support on all IT issues
• User account management
• Managing tickets to established SLA and KPIs
• Desktop set up for new users
• Maintaining the Asset Management database of IT equipment
• Up-keep of technical documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum one-year working experience in Customer Service facing role providing IT support
• Experience in installing/troubleshooting Windows 10/11
• Experience with managing Office365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle various tasks at the same time 
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized with good communication skills
• Ability to work within a Team
• Interested in Information Security
• Experience in Microsoft Intune, Atlassian Stack, Networking, Anti-Virus Management, Asset Management Systems, Supporting Mac devices, will be considered a plus
