IT Support Assistant

What you’ll be doing

• Provide day-to-day IT support across office and shop floor environments.
• Set up and configure devices, printers, and user accounts.
• Support internal applications and assist with AppSheet solutions (training provided).
• Monitor and manage IT support requests, ensuring users are kept informed.
• Coordinate with external IT partners on more advanced technical issues.
• Maintain IT equipment records and support asset tracking processes.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in IT support is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in IT is considered an asset.
