Job Responsibilities and Duties
Provide workstation and user support, including setup, configuration, and decommissioning of devices;
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications;
Monitor support tickets and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
Administer and maintain Wi-Fi networks and connectivity;
Perform server backups and routine system checks to ensure data integrity;
Handle basic networking tasks such as patching, crimping, and replacing UTP cables or ports;
Deliver remote and on-site IT support to end-users as required;
Maintain kiosks, digital signage, and other related devices;
Support printers and other peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance;
Update IT documentation and maintain accurate records of equipment and configurations.
Experience
Prior experience in corporate IT support;
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques;
Hold a valid driving licence.
Personal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
