Key responsibilities:

• End User device management  
• Provide Technical support for hardware, software, and networking problems  
• Daily system monitoring, reviewing systems and application logs  
• Apply patches and upgrades 
• System Administration tasks   
• Daily IT-related administration work related to support Helpdesk 

Skills and experience:

• At least one year of experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as MS Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of MS Office 365
• Assisting users with queries or problems related to PCs, peripherals, networks and office automation tools
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests
• Technical certification would be considered an asset
